NO SHOW/NO CALL will result in a 100% charge of the service price. If payment is not made your account will be flagged and you are no longer able to book appointments with me.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. That fee will be 50% of the service you were scheduled for. You will NOT be able to make another appointment until your cancellation fee has been paid in full.
